Cant seem to tame ocelot after using date i use raw fish and all it does is put them in love mode, has it changed, or is it not working anymore and is a bug?

ive tried but that should not matter,ive had things in my hand before when tamed,and they sit no matter whats in your hand,also like I said there untamable meaning they stay looking wild not turn into collar wearing cats,they stay wild yet still get the hearts,this is not normal,all im wondering is if anyone else is seeing this bug? its easy to try so if someone could try to tame a ocelot and tell me if it works for them
I'm playing a post TU14 update TU13 seed and could not tame an ocelot tonight, exactly as you describe. I have recently been at my limit for breeding stock, I wonder if that's the problem?
