Ok, so I have a world that I generated on either TU12 or 13 (I can't remember which - I really don't play all that often - I'm very casual about MC). It was generated from a word that I entered, but I have the Seed #.
This world has pretty much a little bit of everything in it, and I like it. Now when TU14 comes out and I say start a new world and I enter in that Seed #, will pretty much create the same world just with the added content from TU14? Or will it end up being something entirely different since there will actually be a change in the Biomes (which I believe will cause a change in the seeding algorithm)?

I'm pretty sure it changes the whole seed. The best way to test it since TU14 is coming out is make a world with your seed number and then make another seed named testing 2 after TU14 comes out, fill in the maps and compare the two.
There's no new biomes added in this update.. Only structrures. So the seed shouldn't change.. Meaning, you generate it today, explore and load the entire map and you'll have no desert and/or jungle temples. The village farms will contain only wheat, not carrots, and potatoes as well as wheat.
Load the map after the update it may or may not have temples(depending if the seed happens to have them) and if there are villages the farms will have the new crops.
Overall the seed and terrain should remain the same. No new biomes just new generated structures and villager and village related stuff.
so if I use a tu13 seed, it will not generate emeralds, village trading, new crops, and temples, even if I use the same seed but regenerate it after the update?
actually TU12 and TU13 are slightly different from each other due to minor modifications.
On the safe side I would assume maybe at least minor modifications when TU14 comes out. For the most part will be the same, but might have some minor differents, namely the structure locations or just flat out having structures in certain locations.
Reason I know this is due to have a world in which started in TU12, that has a village. This village is pretty decent sized, and the one I spruced up in my pumpkinpatchinoctober map. Now on TU13 since they did a slight modification to having groves of trees in the plains, the village on a new map with the same seed is smaller and oriented differently, as well having a grove of trees that was in the middle of the plains. At least the desert village stayed pretty much the same, but still a slight change.
The terrain itself wasn't really all that much different, but noticeable if compared. So I would expect some slight changes, if any at all. After all they are mainly only adding structures and farm bits. Doesn't mean they didn't modify something else slightly with a subtle change...:D
Either way I am going to have a TU14 map when it comes out regardless, and continue to work on my older maps with more options to choose from.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
