I heard that xbox one minecraft would come at exactly same time as TU14, however with the news that TU14 is now in cert testing, we still havnt heard anything about the xbox one edition.

I think the reason is that they want to release the One and ps4 versions at the same time, but there's still bugs to work out- in either or both versions. I can wait- for properly working instead of buggy versions.
No I think it has more to do with them nailing out ways to pull 360 worlds into the one, and other such things. I remember tweets last week or 2 weeks ago from 4j saying they were meeting with M$ over some important stuff, and personally the thing that comes to mind for me is the MC on the xbone. I don't think it will be too much longer.
I too am waiting on MC to arrive on the one before I pick the console up, and i think quite a few others are doing the same.

Will 360 size worlds still be 360 size when converted to the One? (IF that's true, would you really gain anything?)
Will they 'expand' 360 worlds to One size when moved over? Can they be moved over?
Once 'converted', will they be able to 'convert' back? (If you can move your 360 world to the One, will you be able to move your One world to your 360?)
Are the file types going to be the same for the One and ps4, so you can transfer worlds between platforms? (Extremely unlikely!! Forget I said that!)
There's a lot of things we don't know yet, probably because 4J themselves don't know yet- they're 'working on it".
I have a One. I too am waiting for MC for it.
The only thing I am sure about is that our patience will be rewarded.
Considering no date was ever given for the Xbox One release, I doubt it. 4J never said it was coming out with TU14. They just said that all versions will start off at the same base update ans that they'll try to update them all simultaneously.
