hi guys i have a bit of a problem that maybe some one can help me with?
me and my friends have started a mc 360 world we have everything in it (mine shaft, strong hold, dungeons and everything) but no nether fortress and blazes in the nether i have done that restart nether thing like 5 times now and still nothing but we cant get to the ender dragon or the end with out it.
and were not noobs either we know what were doing and the world was made in tu12 and we have about 20-30 hours in the world and we really dont want to start a new world

i think we should all use common sense and logic when we answer and ask a question but always stay open minded
just cause science fails to explain something does not mean its real (afterlife,big foot, ghosts etc..) does not mean its fake try to stay opened mined instead of closed
Have you searched all of the nether for a fortress? Sometimes they will be far away from your portal, or fully contained in netherack. You could also search the nether by creating a duplicate world and loading it in creative.

i have i went into creative mode and flew ever where in the world (a copy of the world) smashed a ton of blocks and nothing so far

i think we should all use common sense and logic when we answer and ask a question but always stay open minded

Unfortunately this happened to me as well once me and my mate started a game after the TU12 update. We forgot to check the Nether in Creative before we started building and then realised there was no fortress. We also tried the "Reset Nether" option and was surprised to see that nothing changes what so ever.
We ended up not caring about the Nether Fort and continued on our map but eventually started again on a new map and made sure it had a fortress straight away.

I know its probably too late, but you can now trade priests for eyes of ender. If this ever happens again, you can trade

You could post your game seed here and some of us might be able to try out luck in finding it in our spare time....
