I am having this issue and i tried:
Restarting the xbox
Reinstalling the game
Tried my other internet line.
Checked my facebook
Everything seems fine but the game is being stupid.
Status code: 0x000001F8
Are they updating blocking or what. Why is this screen giving me problems. It's stupid if i need to take snapshots with my capture card because this feature stopped working.
Oddly enough, I had a slightly different problem with it yesterday. The day before it was fine, then yesterday I wanted to share a screen shot to facebook and the option was no longer there in the pause menu. At first I thought it was maybe because i was in a boat, so i landed but still no Share to FB option.

That happens alot. These guys need to find another site besides fagbook for pictures. I am not having this issue today, but yet again this option is spaghetti code and labeled (unreliable)

It worked fine before but today its being garbage
