As of yet I don't believe so. But with the PS3 edition now released we can anticipate it's arrival in the early 2014 Check 4J's Twitter feed for more info!
Early is just a guess... it might not be released until mid or possibly even late 2014. So far, it appears to take 4J about 2 months to get the coding, testing and approval to production on one console (time from TU14 on the XBox 360 to release of Minecraft on the PS3). But we really don't know which console is going to be done next, or if it will go faster or slower than it was to get the code ready for the PS3.
If the XB1 is the next one to be released, then likely by February/March 2014. If the PS Vita or the PS4 is next, it could be quite a bit later. Of course, this is all just speculation. and as letsgetfunkayy said above:
