any ideas for killing the enederdragon would be great

sit at the fountain to kill her after you have destroyed all the beacons. it is very easy.

Use tunneling.

For the most part, I use a bow; preferably one with an infinity and power enchantment. I also prefer to carry an Efficiency IV diamond pickaxe. I've done it a few times alone and without any potions or feather falling boots.

I take some obsidian with me to construct a bridge from the spawn platform to the island since the enderdragon can destroy a cobblestone one but not an obsidian one. As I approach one of the two towers with iron bars, I grab a bunch of endstone. I then tunnel my way up the inside that tower using my diamond pick while placing endstone beneath my feet. (The reason for using endstone is that it doesn't take long to break it but the enderdragon can destroy other sorts of blocks.) When I break through the top of the tower, I destroy the crystal right above me with my bow and then climb out shoot out the other crystals from that tower. Then I dig my way back down through the endstone I placed and tunnel towards the nest. When I get reasonably close, I break through the surface and create a little shelter/cover. That way, I can take pot shots at the enderdragon whenever it lands on the nest while taking hardly any damage at all and with very little risk of angering any endermen.

Honestly, the Ender Dragon isn't really difficult. The Ender men are more of threat than the Dragon. So it really depends on comfortable you are around them. Two people aren't really necessary, or is protection IV diamond armor. Those things make it very very easy, but are in no way required.

I'd recommend spending more time getting a decent Bow, and not hitting level 30 5 plus times for enchants. Normally I do it with protection I on iron armor, a half decent bow(power II or III), a bucket of water, some healing potions, and maybe strength potions. Also a stack or two of blocks.

First shoot the crystals on top of the pillars, there are only two you can't shoot. Those have iron bars around them and have to be broken. You'll have to pillar jump up to those or ender pearl. Once those are taken care of, just wait until he comes down and hovers in the middle. Shoot him dead.

There's a guy that used only snowballs to defeat the Ender dragon.(Panda4994 on YT) The should give you an idea how easy the dragon can be...

You -could- use better enchants if you want depending on how much trouble you have with the Endermen. If you have any all attacking you, pour some water at your feet. They'll teleport away and become neutral again. Other than those guys, the dragon might swoop at you while making your way up to a crystal, so just be quick about it and you should be ok.

Tip: Don't die...

A bow with infinite will be your best friend. You can also do as someone suggested, build snow golems. And since the EnderDragon flys to the same spot over and over, you can pretty much sit under the fountain and shoot at it or hit it with a sword.
Just thought I would throw in some advice but there is quite a bit of advice here so take it in to account.

Leather armor and a couple of wood swords
Also, lapis lazuli blocks and wheat

Level one enchanted iron armor. Lots of arrows and a bow. About a stack of any block. Water bucket. Food. Maybe a pumpkin. The enderdragon wasn't that challenging. I've beat him 3 times

Having many people with you is recommended! Also, make sure you have AT LEAST level 20 enchanted full iron armor, preferably blast protection and fire protection, and have a bow with Infinity I and Flame I to shoot the dragon, and also a sword if it gets too close. Also build up onto the obsidian pillars so the other enderman can't get you. Make sure other players your playing with has the same armor and weapons and is building up too. Destroy the crystals so the enderdragon won't regenerate it's health, and also maybe have some golden apples in case your health is running low, and also maybe some potions and maybe you want to wear a pumpkin just in case.
