So is griefing a major issue for you? I voted that both friends and I have stopped playing permanently because of griefing. I have minecrafted with hundreds of people on my servers and theirs and have found griefing issues everywhere. In fact most of the 24/7 servers I have played on were shut down specifically because of griefing. Then again I think the poll will be skewed because most people that stopped playing minecraft have stopped going to these forums.
I have never been griefed. I have never griefed anybody.
So for me, griefing is not an issue.
It is a concern, but that's not the same as actually having a direct problem with it.
Generally, I only play any video game with people I actually know in real life.
In the situations I have played with non-real people, I met them on specific forums and got a sense of who was good long before we got together online.
I do admit, I did grief one or twice, but I don't do it often nowadays. It hasn't become an issue for me, but that's probably because I usually play solo (or at the very least, splitscreen multiplayer.) and I don't have a Gold membership most of the time.
How Is...How is this even a problem to anyone? I Rarely see anyone grief anymore. I'm gonna go test out some servers and see If this is actually happening and I'm living in a hole

I mainly play solo however that isnt to avoid griefers. The lag is terrible in China which makes multiplayer almost no option.
Yeah... if I did that, then I would never play with anyone online.... oh wait... that's right... I don't.
I play solo not just because of griefing now....
