Of corse it won't, not untill the Xbox one is officially released. Do you think they will have the profile servers running now.

Add me if you like I play mostly COD, but I do play alot of Minecraft also.
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to recover your profile to what ever console you like (Xbox 360, Xbox One) they're both owned by Microsoft and it wouldn't really inconvenient them to do so.
Interesting Xbox topic for the Minecraft forums
Nice to have a fair warning but still seems a bit ridiculous
I actually went about researching this and the OP is wrong. Taken from Official Xbox Magazine (OXM)
4. You will be able to use the same Gamertag
Your Gamertag, Friends List and Achievements will all roll over to Xbox One. If you're keeping both consoles, you will be able to use the same sign-in details on both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and the price of Xbox Live isn't going to be changing either.
From another site. This was Microsoft telling them some details about the compatibility of profiles on both systems.
You’ll be able to bring your Gamertag from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One, just like you could bring it from the Xbox to the Xbox 360. But your Xbox Live profile is much more fluid now. Signing into your Microsoft account associated with your Gamertag will show your profile whether it’s for games on Xbox One or Xbox 360. The same profile will work on both consoles. You can also be simultaneously logged-in on an Xbox One and an Xbox 360 using the same Xbox Live account.
The likeliest thing that happened to the OP is he is one of the people who got his Xbox One early through shipping errors and thought it would be a good idea to turn it on and connect to Xbox Live. Well, doing that gets you banned since you aren't supposed to have it and be on Xbox Live until Nov 22. So they probably banned the profile until Nov 22 resulting in it not being able to be downloaded on the 360 either.
(Microsoft has said that people who received their consoles early won't stayed banned. It will be lifted on the 22nd.)
Along with what was stated above, here is more evidence to the contrary: http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/08/05/ask-microsoft-anything-about-xbox-one If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account? WHITTEN: Yes this works! You’ll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time.
