Hey! So I found a stronghold while on survival, and had no luck in finding the end portal. So, I re-created it in creative and I still can't find it! Anyone who has extra time to do this, please help! The seed is 2092476610, and the strong hold is relatively easy to find, just use ender eyes. Thanks so much!

I myself cannot get on right now to check, but what you could do is either use an X-Ray device (I'm unsure if I am permitted to say how, so look it up), or bomb the living crap out of the stronghold.
End Portal frames are as blast-resistant as bedrock, so the portal will stay even if everything else doesn't.

Probably because your world was created in a version before TU12, and since said update added a new biome, that new world you created changed from what it looked like in your original world.

I'm not home right now, so I can't check myself. But I had this happen in a world I recently created. I searched for hours and hours, and never found it... So I decided to excavate the whole stronghold. It turned out that the end portal room was separated from the rest of the stronghold by a stone wall in the library that was like 6 blocks thick.

So, given the fact that the portal rooms tend to be near the library.. If you have located the library, check behind any walls that seem out of place.

Not all strongholds have portals, or so I've heard

Use the Eye of the Ender it'll guide you to the place.
