So this afternoon, the option to download this DLC "Natural Pack" is no longer available... anyone know when it will be available again?
No one knows. It was accidentaly released and then Microsoft pulled it. Though they are allowing those that got it, to keep it. 4J is trying to see if Microsoft will give a release date.
