And while I've seen bows from skeletons, the only enchanted ones I've come across have all been Power I. Anything better? Won't hold my breath for a Punch II/Power IV/Infinity bow, but one can hope. (If that combination is even possible?)
I don't know how the random enchantments work.
The best I've seen had "3 points" on it--Smite II and KB I on a Golden Sword.
All Bows have had Power I. =\
