I actually know a number of people who play PC games that have quit playing Minecraft altogether. Some people continually move from new game to new game and never replay their old ones and some people keep going back to old games they enjoy. I think it just depends on the person. Minecraft has probably attracted enough people that tend to come back to their old games to survive just fine and warrant updating by 4J for quite some time yet, though.

Good luck with that. The GTA series has been 3rd person ever since it moved to 3D (GTA 3). Before that, it was overhead. It has never been 1st person.

It means if you want to swim against the current, you're going to have a rough go of it. That's what "good luck with that" means, in my post anyway.

Almost all Minecraft XBLA Users have uploaded GTA V videos. That doesn't make a difference. Also, Minecraft Xbox 360 is still dominating other major titles in playtime such as Battlefield 3, MW3, Halo 4, and Diablo 3.

It's still up there. I'm sure in the next few weeks GTA Sales will slow down but Minecraft sales will still be consistent as always. I don't wanna sound mean, but shut up .

This has been fun and all, but what does all this have to do with MC? I mean, it's not like our consoles can only play one game or another. Don't most of us play several games during a week, or even several different ones during a day?

So one person posts he's gonna start playing GTA and therefore Minecraft is doomed? What about all the other games that are 'doomed' when someone stops playing them to play another game? Why pick on MC?
(And how many threads have we seen were someone says they used to play _______ but now they've discovered and gonna play MC.)
