As I am writing this, I am watching my younger cousin play Minecraft with his friends. All of them are fully convinced that Herobrine is real. But, after watching them play, I realized that when "Herobrine" was present, one of his friends was never present. My cousin managed to kill this impostor twice, and he uses the same name as his friend.

I'm starting to get onto something.

How is that possible? Herobrine is asleep in his princess themed bedroom right now.

Herobrine started as a myth WAY before the 360 version came out
just some guy modded his files to create a new hostile mob name herobrine
So yeah he is real as a mod on PC but if you search the files for minecraft xbox there is no such coding for this mob

He does make a good villian for the you tube videos too. I'm glad he doesn't exist, have enough trouble with my two boys (5 & 10). Alas I don't have griefers just children!
