Does Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition now save Biome information to the world data with TU12? This would mean when the next title update comes that contains a biome change, my world would not get biome shifted because the biomes are not calculated by the seed of a world but by the chunk data. (biome shifted - desert biome changes into snow biome after title update) The 1.2 version of Minecraft (PC) got this feature when the Anvil file format was introduced. Has the biome shifting problem been solved for MCXBLA as features from the Anvil file format should have been introduced for TU12?
We do not know what 4J brough into the 360 Edition with the Anvil Format. They said they were only bringing parts of the Anvil Format, not all of it. The only parts we actually know of is the height increase.
We won't know if Biomes are saved the new way until we get an update that adds another biome. That is probably a long way off. Mojang is just now working on new biomes for the PC version. It's been a year and a half since they got new biomes on the PC.

Thanks for the help. I contacted 4J on twitter to see if they will respond to my question, and I'll post their answer back here if they do.
