I think that you will see more of the older folks playing the game respond to this post as that most "Kids" don't really bother with forums unless they are looking for cheats or need help with something. I am not at all surprised at the "over 30" category is leading the poll. must admit to being a bit surprised as to who a couple of the under 25s were, tho.

In my signature is a thread with the guidelines for our server.. We play survival hard all the time. IF you are interested in that type of server let me know. And that is an open invitation to mature players that agree with the guidelines. I'm 44.
Another "30+" Minecrafter on the Xbox 360 here, but I don't have an Xbox Live Gold account, so I don't play online.

Even though this poll shows the demographic of minecraftforum.net forum users, not the total spread of minecraft players, its still interesting.
I would have expected it to show a much younger population.

A good definition of 'old' is your age plus half your age. So if you're 10 you think 15 is old. If your 40 you think 60 is old.
