I have a question on which is the best (Y) coordinate to build a slime farm and skele/creeper/zombie farm.
I've seen people build skele/creeper/zombie farm on (Y) coordinates between 14-16, if anyone would to confirm that possibility please. But I still need to know which (Y) coordinate would be best for a slime farm and I think slimes don't spawn in the swamp biome.
Y needs to be less than 40 for traditional slime farms. The other 2 coordinates need to be inside of slime chunks for your world's seed. For other hostile mobs, Y needs to be below the old height limit (128). I like making those as high as possible, to get them away from caves and other places where mobs can spawn.
Putting a regular mob farm close to your slime farm will slow down the spawning of slime considerably. Slime spawn at a slower rate than the other hostile mobs, so the zombies, skeles, spiders and creepers will tend to spawn before any slime do and fill up the hostile mob limit. As Cobra suggested, I would put my mob farm up as high as I could below Y128 and my slime farm below Y40 in a slime chunk and only run one farm at a time. You can find out what chunks in your world are slime chunks by using any of the slime finder apps found online.
My best slime farms have been made when I found slimes while caving. Then mark the spot and square it up. As stated the slime farm has to be below level 40 and level 12 to 16 is even better. Since you are going to be digging out a large area might as well have a chance for diamonds too.
For the other mob farm the new height limit is great. The top of your mob farm needs to be at 128 and below but you can place yourself in a tower above the mob grinder so it will be the only mobs spawning on the map.

Spot on advice.. I built my slime farm at y38, I wanted it as high as possible on my current survival world. Which works for me, but as Upup said other Mob systems can interfere with your set up. I'm likely going to push it 20 blocks deeper if I build a normal hostile mob system.
One thing to note.. Do not build it on bedrock. Mob can't spawn on bedrock and it will lower your spawn rate. Anything below y40 will work, just make sure there are no places/caves in the chunk where they could spawn instead of your farm. Also slimes and other mobs will not spawn within 24 blocks of you.
Both work for Xbox. I mainly use chunkbase, but the second one is simpler to use.
Last thing to note... finding the edges of the actual 16x16 chunk is important. Finding a stray slime and building a farm around it it really hit or miss. In my opinion not good enough if you want a fair supply of slime for pistons and magma cream. Slimes behave oddly, and once you build a farm you'll notice that they make every effort to leave the chunk. The pick a wall or corner and bounce and plop towards that corner. Once you're in range they begin tracking you, through walls and make their way to you however they can. So finding a stray slime if good, but chances are it's wandered around a bit. Unless you want to hollow out a massive area 32x32 plus..and deal with the problem of lighting that entire area. Use the slime finder once you find that stray slime. The slime finder will give you can exact chunk, you'll only need to hollow out a 16x16 area at least 3 high, 4 to be safe and bam.. slimes.

If anybody could help that would be great.

Yes they do. If you search a bit, you will find some good existing threads on this subject.
skeles = skeletons = 360* no-scope masters

There are two sites for finding slime chunks.
http://chunkbase.com/apps/slime-finder
and
http://extension.ws/minecraft/slimes.html
