hello everyone,
I have made my self a attempted slime farm and it does not work....AT ALL.
Now i looked up my seed on the slime finder app and thats how i got the chunk that the farm is on. however the farm does not work, i have lighted up all caves arounf the area and there is now torches or anything on the ground in there. i have no clue ehats up? but the farm is on lvl 13 idk if that matters or not.

Slimes don't spawn as often as other mobs, give it some time and check back some more just to make sure.

i have tried just going afc for 30 min and nothing happen.....

1) If you have caves within your slime chunk between Level 1 and Level 40 that is not a part of your slime farm, your slimes may be spawning there instead of in your slime farm, even if you've lit it up. 2) If you have other nearby slime chunks that are not part of your slime farm and if those have caves in them between Level 1 and Level 40, your slimes may be spawning on those other chunks instead.

Anywhere from Level 1 to Level 40.
