4 to me, but this is entirely subjective. The only one I would rule out absolutely is 2, way too much 'wood cabin' feel. Which begs the question, if you want to make a mansion, why are you making it entirely out of wood?
I would say #4, but really it all depends... After all with a flat look it may or may not look right as they are now. Adding contour to it might help the class a bit. I personally use more than just wood, after all most housing that I know of actually uses more than that when not a log cabin... Then again I kinda' have an asian similar look in my housing...:D
