Been playing MCX360 for some time now, and yet I still have problems with Redstone circuits/pistons/everything.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a good guide to use, or any tips. I noticed on the tutorial level, there is an area where you can flip a switch, and a bunch of (I guess) sticky pistons (?) pull blocks back to reveal a hidden stairway underground, and I seriously want to do that now. XD

This is what I used to learn the basics. I'm still not good with redstone, but I've managed to learn some new things!
Edit: Also, welcome to the forums!
Myself and a lot of people have some cool stuff in the creations section.. I think you'll enjoy yourself.. and learn alot at the same time.. That's how I learned....

Add me. Xnativedogx I would like to learn and practice redstone and pistons.
You need to be careful what tutorials you watch. There are some good ones out there, but many times wrong, misleading, or dubious information is given (particularly concerning "weak" and "strong" power).
If you send me a friend request (Deskepticon) and catch me at the right time I'll let you into my Redstone Tutorial world to get some hands-on experience.
I don't want to seem arrogant, or that I know better than anyone else (though that is true )... what I know came from extensive trial and error, watching other videos, and weeding out the chafe. It my priviledge to share what I learned.
If your in survival mode build a lab to test redstone and how it works. I have one place where two sticky pistons pulls two blocks out of the way with a hidden lever
