Since update I don't get enchantment points when breeding my animals.

Breeding giving XP was introduced on the PC in Version 1.3.1, although the Xbox edition got in in TU9. I suspect that it's gone missing because of the update to 1.2.3 rather than 1.3.1. It should be reported on the official bugs thread (under Recent Updates section), if it hasn't been reported already.

No, there is a single thread where the bugs are all to be posted together... not starting individual threads. It's in the Recent Updates section of the forum. Right now, it's still labeled TU11, but I imagine 4J will get around to changing it over to TU12 on Monday. It is that thread that 4J reads for bug reports, so your post has the best chance of being read by them if it's put on that thread.
