They are not out yet just the support is.

With the release of TU12 MCXBLA supports the texture packs now, but until they get legal clearance for the texture pack content they won't be able to use it.

He k, who knows. Maybe when they get clearance they'll just release it for us.

Locked for redundancy. As stated by 4J Studios, texture packs are not available yet.
