Can someone please tell me if I am going to have to create a new world to get jungle biomes ocelots and anything else in the TU 12 update?
If you have parts of your world that no one has explored yet, then you might get a jungle biome in that section of the world when you explore it. If you don't have any unexplored parts, then you will need to start a new world.
Ocelots only spawn in jungle biomes, so if you don't have one of those, you don't get ocelots.
Anything else that is an item (iron golems, redstone lamps, etc.) you can obtain in a premade world.
This has already been answered 2-3 times today in other threads, and the same thing is asked every time there's an update.
But since you're new (welcome to the forum!) I'll answer it for you (and others).
* If it's a non-terrain feature, the new features will show up in your old world.
* If it's a terrain feature (i.e., a new biome⦠and it's mobs) it may show up in your old world, but only in unexplored areas.
If it does, great, if not, you'll need to start a new world.
