Nothing to special to say about me. I'm 31. Married, and got 6 kids. Play a lot of call of duty. And I have known "about" minecraft for a while. But never could be bothered. I have recently purchased it for some of my kids. They like it. One of them bugged me to help em get stuff, so I hopped on and started figuring things out. Holy, what a cool game. I'm hooked now. Idk what it is, it's endless.
So, I hang out on other forum on other sites. So I googled for a minecraft site, and this looked like it was the best answer. So I just made an account, posting for this first time. Looking forward to meeting/playing with some good people. I may be a bit of a noob here and there, but I gotta ask the easy questions sometimes if I wanna learn.
So that's me in a nutshell. Take it easy on me
The minecraft wiki is also a good place to find out information. I waited a couple of years to get another xbox 360 (stupid red ring of death) and was craving to play my left for dead games. When I finally got the xbox 360 my son got with his birthday money minecraft and now i'm more hooked then he is. I hardly play left for dead
If you want you can add me, I play lots of COD but at the same time I have put more hours into Minecraft than I can imagine. I Can show you cool things to do if you like. I'm 41, no kids just dogs and a wife LOL

Welcome! I'm pretty new here too and my kids are also the ones who got me into the game! They had been playing on PC for the last couple of years and when we recently got an xbox they wanted the xbox version too and now I probably play Minecraft more than they do! This forum is really good, a lot of very friendly and helpful people around who don't go off because you've asked some stupid newbie question. Definitely check out the wiki, I've learned everything I know about minecraft through this forum, the wiki and working things out for myself, never need to go anywhere else.
Hey. Welcome. Older than anyone here and been minecrafting since it came out on xbox. I also play COD. Currently mostly MW3 since that is what most of the people in the clan want to play. Utube and playing with other people has also been very helpful for learning new neat stuff.

Welcome, I'll add you too if you don't mind. I'm 28, my 5yr old son & I both play and occasionally my bf will play. We all share my bf's GT, right now it's the only live account we have. I'll mention the forum in my friend request =)
soo wait, do you have the xbox or pc version. The pc version is much better. Once (if ever) you get bored of "vanilla" (unmodded) mine craft, some mods to look into are Aether 2 mods, twilight forest mod, Buildcraft, Industrial craft^2, biomes o plenty (or IC^2) , tekkit volts technic launcher. And one of my favorite server plugins, Avatar the last air bender plugin
