Okay so I've been working on a city, pure survival mode.... if I let a friend come in to my world, does the things he used in creative mode come too? Or is it per seed ?
Huh!? Like can he bring stuff in from other worlds? No. When he joins your game.. if the game is in creative.. He has access to everything in the creative menu.
If it's in survival.. and you give him a diamond sword.. and he leaves and never comes back.. the sword stays on his person and it's gone until he returns.

Players can be in different game modes (one in creative, one in survival) if you allow it, but I think you're asking if his inventory will carry over to your world… and that answer is no. And it's not by 'seed'.

The host can kind of be in a semi-creative mode if they have their host abilities turned on. Like allowing them to fly and not having their hunger drop.

For another player to join, it needs to be a server. If that happens, you can use commands like "/gamemode" to change them.
I used to have a good signature, but it got nerfed.
Uhh...this is for the 360, not the PC....
