I am commenting on the Spring/Summer 2013 Minecraft Game Guide put out by Future Publishing.
They priced the magazine at $9.99US . The primary focus of the guide is for the PC version and briefly
covers the XBLA version. I was really disappointed in the lack of a thorough Game Guide. I also, felt
that the Minecraft wiki had been rewritten by someone who had heard of the game in an editorial column and
that's it. I am unsure whether or not they had actually played the game? The major problem with the whole
magazine, was that the editor either, never reviewed it or is blind. If anyone sees this $9.99 magazine, take the 10 mins. to read it at the checkout lane. Don't waste your money!! I am trying to find out if I can return this Non-Game Guide currently. Anyone else throw money out the window?
The Minecraft Wiki is the single most accurate source of information on Minecraft on the internet.
While it is mostly geared toward the PC version, which is understandable considering it's the dominant version and it's older, the Xbox 360 Edition sections are starting to catch up on it.
I do have the internet, an enjoy your redstone tutorials Overlooked Ent--BAM. LOL. What the problem with the magazine is, it's presented as a guide, however, it is more or less and Advertisement piece with crap for info in the pages. Thanks again OverlooKed Ent, great videos.
