Well, I've successfully made a fully functional skyblock in the end,
it's exactly the same, but a bit different on how to get mobs, since only endermen spawn in the end,
You actually go around the end, and find floating chest, full of spawn eggs, once you run out, you're out, for animals you can just breed, but for mobs, there is a section of the map where there are dozens of double chest filled with each kind just incase you run out, an admin can go here and refill mob chest if you run out, players can't go here though. (you shouldn't run out though)
you also start with a ghast spawn egg, a mooshroom spawn egg, a villager spawn egg, and a cow spawn egg,
