• Bug from TU9 & TU11 causing biome display issues in random chunks, like grey grass, or snow w/ lush green grass in certain chunks.
• One time, while caving, on the other side of a wall, I could hear tons of slimes really close. I exited the cave & reentered to let them despawn.
• One time, I removed torches I thought I didn't need in my house, & mobs spawned on several of my skyscraper's floors. A creeper went down the ladder into my storage room.
• One time, I turned around & saw a creeper's face right in front of me.
• One time, I saw a zombie pigman after coming back out of my home. Beofre entering it, I saw a pig nearby & there was a thunderstorm. As I looked at it, thunder struck the one block between me & the pigman.

I like creative and survival but mostly survival as long as i have my host options on. Haha thats my only way i like too cheat a bit when in survival.

My freaky sighting was deliberately caused. I am scared to death of spiders IRL but the minecraft spiders actually don't scare me. Until I thought it would be a good idea to build a glass house with a big flat roof and see how many spiders I could get on the roof... I ended up with three spiders right above my head with only a glass roof separating us and it scared the crap out of me :/
Tonight I found what looked to be an old minecart tunnel, with tracks, etc, but it was partly boarded up, way underground. It was so trippy finding it and exploring it. There were two chests hidden down there too, filled with things like gold bars, melon seeds, all different things, and right underneath it all was the very first place I found gold, diamonds, obsidian, lapis lazuli and the red stuff whose name escapes me at the moment (duh!) I've been mining a lot because I was looking for all these things and I found them all at once. I've only been playing a week or so and this was the best thing i have found so far!

When lighting up caves to get my mob grinder to work efficiently, I hear noises coming from a near by room. I popped the wall to find a zombie, a skeleton and 4 or 5 creepers in a small room, right in my face. I may have screamed like a small child.

Those would be called abandoned mineshafts my friend! They also hold melon seeds, and are the only place you are able to obtain melon seeds in minecraft legitimately. You will find quite a few in some worlds! They are very fun to explore. And sometimes right at diamond level (level 1-16). You can also find things like pumpkin seeds, gold, iron, lapis, redstone, bread, etc. in them

In my old world I had an above ground skeleton spawner, it was only covered in a layer of sand and I only discovered it because there was an abnormal amount of skeletons spawning next to it haha.

I find pink sheep quite often! And Herobrine does not exist. He is literally a giant troll. And 4J and Mojang and everyone involved with Minecraft must enjoy the Herobrine believers as much as I do because they are in on the troll as well.

When I was coming back from my stronghold at night in a boat, I heard REALLY loud screeching noises then died, with full iron armor, in a boat. I thought it may have been a bug but noone else knew about it. I was so fursturated because I had gotten so much from the caves intersecting with the stronghold. To this day I am still confused about what happened. If anyone knows please tell me, it would be interesting.

There are still some bugs with the boat. My fiance was hanging out in the corner of the map waiting out the night and her boat glitched into the map edge and crashed; she took massive "falling damage" in the process and died instantly. Also, the boat can crash if you ram a block at full speed; not a bug, but doesn't seem to happen quite right on the xbox edition. Anyway, long story short, I've had at least one similar experience (boating back to home base with a bunch of loot and die in the boat just randomly), so I am confident there are some bugs still with the boat - however, it can be really hard to reproduce them.

That's true. I was going into my boat dock once and then it said I died. I was like WHAT

The most freaky thing I've seen yet in Minecraft was a flaming demon dog!

This wolf suddenly appeared in my underground bunker. It was on fire and growling menacingly. It appeared just after a loud thunderclap. Once the initial shock had worn off, I realized that what had happened was that the wolf was one of my tame ones that I had left outside, above ground, and it must have been hit by lightning and transported to me. But even so, a flaming demon dog suddenly appearing in my safe house underground was quite eerie.

I found a villager deep in a cave, he just stared at me.

I have heard some very weird things on Minecraft 360. Most of the time when I go to sleep before I log off (I like logging off when its morning time) I will hear the door from my mineshaft open, sometimes I will even hear my chests open. I have a light switch in my house using pistons, when I came back from mining one day and saw an Enderman, I nearly deleted my world.
