I assume your question has to do with a map and creative mode, but aside from that I have no idea what you're on about.
I'm guessing the OP loaded a world in Creative either on accident or on purpose and would like to reverse it, which isn't possible. Hence why the game gives you a warning before you load the world in Creative. Once a world has been loaded in Creative Mode, the game will always know that it was loaded in Creative Mode. The only way around it would be if you made a copy before the world was loaded in Creative.
Yeah, I think you're right. It still looks like two sentences meshed together for me, but that's my problem.
Anyway, is there a specific reason why a world gets marked as "tampered with in creative mode" even if you don't save it? If it's to prevent people from looking around in creative mode to find useful stuff, they shouldn't have given us the ability to simply create another world with the same seed.
It's too late for that world, but on a virgin Survival world, you can copy it to a different storage device, then rename the copy. You can then copy the renamed world back to your main storage device. Now you can open the copy in Creative mode, and only that world file will lose its Survival status. So you can go crazy in Creative mode on the one, and leave the other as pure Survival.
There used to be a bug that could cause problems with renamed files, but as far as I can tell, it has been fixed. I've been playing with 2 differently named copies of my world on the same drive for quite a while now. No issues. As usual, backups are highly recommended to sidestep terminal file I/O errors.
Is it possible to make a map think it's never been on creative mode?
I'm reading this as "Is it possible to make a survival map think it's never been on creative mode?" Meaning that you must've loaded your survival world in creative mode and want it so that you can still use leaderboards and such, however I believe there is no way to do this.
Anyway, is there a specific reason why a world gets marked as "tampered with in creative mode" even if you don't save it?
If you don't save it, it doesn't get flagged as having been in Creative mode. You still get the warning when you load it up as Creative of course. If you SAVE the world while in Creative mode, that is when it permanently gets flagged.
This is done mainly for the leaderboards. If you don't care about leaderboards, then this is all not relevant.
I've loaded up normal survival worlds in creative [turn autosave OFF] for various exploration or testing scenarios. I just make sure to not save when I'm done and presto... everything is just like before.

That along with only two posts means noob..lol. Welcome to the forums
Yes, there is a spot in the crafting menu for a map. You need a compass and I don't remember how many sheets of paper....
