13. To be working on a build somewhere around y: 100 only to realize too late that you didn't have enough light up there. Creeper goes <boom> and all you can do is watch helplessly as the ground comes rushing up to greet you...

15. sprinting everywhere you go and not paying attention to the ground beneath you...*Falls down a hole or ravine*
16. Crouching while building around slabs/stairs at great heights.
17. Working around lava pits below where you work, only to find out when you break the block below you that the lava lake is bigger than you thought.
18. swiming up out of a ravine without taking a breath...
19. walking outside armorless and without a sword to fight a zombie; only to realize it had a creeper buddy waiting around the corner.
20. Trying to swim in lava without any fire resistance.
21. Fighting Magma cubes in the nether not paying attention to what is behind you, you fall in lava pool that has no other way back up easily.
22. Trying to jump a 1 wide gap that leads to a ravine below, but then realize that the other side is too high to jump up to.
23. Working underwater for long periods of time and forgeting how to breathe.
24. avoiding a skeleton arrow that hits a unknown creeper behind you, and explodes before you even realize. (didn't know skeletons have explosive power..lol)
25. trying to take on a hoard of zombie pigman without armor...
26. Making a drop chute that has the exact same size 2 deep pool at the bottom of the ravine. There were no walls I managed to hit the edge of the pool just walking off the edge of that corner. we made the pool bigger after that, and kept the drop hole the same size...lol
27. Calling a friend over to check out a hole that is a possible dungeon, only to realize that friend drops down the hole into what seems like a ravine with lava at the bottom of it.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
30. Punching your friend and having his dog kill you

31. Being surrounded by a pack of your own dogs, shooting an arrow straight up in the sky, hitting yourself and getting torn apart by your dogs in the blink of an eye. Dog logic: Master attacks master, thus kill master.
32. Slowly edging towards the ... well, edge of a lava pool or deep bit, and pushing the left stick forward twice too quickly and starting to sprint.
33. Taking a boat ride and one of your dogs teleports right in front of you; you ram the dog, the boat goes down like a high-speed Titanic, you die.
34. Collecting sand on a beach or in a desert; suddenly the ground beneath your feet breaks away and you drop into a lava pool. (Had that happen to me twice yesterday in two different locations. There was no indication that I was literally just two layers of sand away from a fiery death.)
35. Building a gravel pillar up into the clouds to collect flint when digging down again, sneezing, accidentally pushing the stick forward, falling down.
36. Thinking that pressing start actually pauses the game (it does when playing offline, but not when playing online), then going on an extended potty break while Steve? stands in the wilderness. Then night falls...

52: friend turns on a piston and your head gets stuck

My friend did that, he was so close to dying.
