I always assumed it was just hit and miss.
Def gonna try for respiration helmet tonight.
Yeah go on the video description and it has the link to the calculator, that thing is awesome.. On my first take (which I redid because I didn't give the kid that requested a video a shout out) I actually got 3 out of 4 of the enchantments I was going for! So It definitely helps to take the "miss" out of the hit and miss process that is enchanting!
