I dont know if this is the right place im new but on Xbox is there a way to make an Enderman trap I have it waaay underground but i dont know if they can still teleport in glass or something of the sort?
you should really do this in the nether or youll just end up getting other mobs. and they cant teleport through ater i beleive ive seen one design but it used a lot of redstone. but made them fall and they were one hit.
Endermen "farms" are usually constructed in the End since they spawn much more reliably there; however, that doesn't help you get the 12 or so enderpearls you need to reach the End in the first place.
In the overworld, the simplest and probably the best way to get enderpearls is just to build yourself a bit of a platform out in the open (in a desert is good) and then concentrate on staring at any endermen you can spot in the distance. This will cause them to teleport to you in anger for looking at them.
Step 1: Equip yourself with a bow and arrows and a sword.

Overall it looks sort of like a giant brown mushroom with a roof two blocks higher up as the platform you stand on.
The fence on the top platform part is suspended out on the air of the edge of the platform by 1/2 a block. This is so you can shoot almost straight down between the edge of the block you're standing on and the fence, but you cannot fall off the platform. The fence on the ground a little larger than the dimension of the your platform by a few blocks so it will keep the creepers and other mobs outside of that area. If you get this distance too close, creepers will explode even when you're standing up on the platform. Also, you want the area inside your fence to be large enough that you can back away from creepers at the fence when you're on the ground far enough to get them to turn off their fuse. The idea is to just make sure you have a clear shot with the bow at them from the platform, so you can clear them out from around the base of the platform safely before going down to the ground level.
What will generally happen when to stare down an enderman is they will teleport to the fence on the ground below your platform, although depending on how large you make the roof over your head, they may teleport occasionally to the platform level. After you get one to come to you, you can make a quick sweep with the bow to clear out any other nearby mobs on the ground and then descend your ladder and take swipes at the enderman with your sword from the other side of your fence. Since the platform is two blocks above the ground, the endermen can't really get other the platform to strike you.
You'll also want to put a gate on each side so that you can get out of your fenced area in any direction if you have to.
If you want a taller platform, you can add levels. Just leave a gap of only two blocks between each of the floors to endermen-proof those areas to stand on as well.
