A combined Power and Infinity enchantment is pretty sweet. Infinity gives you an endless supply of arrows, so it's really great for fighting the enderdragon.
I just recently got a bow with lvl 30 enchant on it and got II punch IV power and infinity. Hard to say what is the best but I agree infinity is pretty sweet if your up against the enderdragon. Im not sure if they do or don't have it but durability would be great which would make it last longer just like the sword and tools can get.
.....I'm assuming the only way to guarantee an infinity enchantment is just to keep trying at the table and exiting and reloading the game if you don't get it (without saving)!?

you have no better than a 9.4% chance of getting an infinity enchantment on a bow (between Level 26 and 30). At level 22, however, you still have a 9.1% chance and at level 19 you have a 5.7% chance. If you're really lucky, you can even get an infinity enchantment with only 17 levels of XP (albeit it is a slight chance at 0.8%).
Bows are relatively cheap to make, particularly if you make a Cave Spider grinder (which also helps you replenish XP fairly quickly). While you cannot guarantee getting an Infinity enchantment, if you enchant enough of them, you will probably get one in there somewhere... without exiting without saving. If you have a skeleton grinder, you really don't need an infinity enchanted bow... although for fighting the enderdragon, it is very nice since taking many, many arrows into the end takes up a lot of space in your inventory that you may want to devote to things like golden apples and health regeneration potions.
Power 4 is the best enchantment in my opinion. With a skeleton grinder infinity is not very useful. Infinity is probably the best enchantment at the begining of a seed because of lack of arrows but once into the game it gets to be a useless enchantment to me. With a good power 4 bow in hard survival and alone I have killed the dragon with just one stack (64) of arrows. So if I was doing that again I think 2 stacks would be more than enough.
The issue with punch is it knocking mobs back and thereby making it more difficult to get drops like ghast tears which are already notoriously hard to get anyway.
Flame one is good in the overworld but useless against nether mobs or the dragon. Flame arrows use to cook meat from animals but it has been nerfed and doesn't do that anymore.

What's the best enchantments to get I have enough xp to get level 30
Well not reading any other posts. (Sorry if you already said this) But what defines best? Well I could always explain the enchantments and maybe you could pick what would be best for you!
Unbreaking- Unbreaking on a bow makes the bow have more duribilty and the max level is III. (Not sure if in Xbox 360 never got it.)
Power- Power on a bow makes the bow more powerful. The max level is IV in Xbox and V on P.C? Not sure about that. But with power I it increases 150%. II = 175%. III = %200. IV = 225%. V = 250%. So I remember. So yeah.
Punch- Punch on a bow is basically knockback on a sword so it knocks back players or mobs back farther and farther depending on the level. The max level is II.
Flame- Flame on a bow is really fire aspect on a sword. So it sets mobs or players on fire. The max level is I.
Infinity- Infinity on a bow is good if your lazy to collect arrows. So what is is on a bow it gives you unlimited arrows all you need is one and then your good on arrows so to sum that up shooting consumes no arrowes! The max level is I.

Still cooks steaks, but not chicken and I don't think pork either. Of course, your probably screwing yourself out of XP by not cooking in a furnace.
