I voted for xbox one. Why not? Bigger, better, faster, and in the grand scheme of things, what's another $20?
Course that supposes that I get an xbox one. Which I'm not.
(Nor am I getting a PS4…. and don't start a console war here- stay on topic please, ok?)
not enough poll options. I will buy the xbox one but realize most of my friends probably will not so i will play on 360 with them and xbox 1 solo or with a smaller group. Maybe run 2 24/7 servers?
i dont know... i think that microsoft and 4j underestimate how much we love our worlds. and larger worlds may not be a big enough draw for some of us to pay more money for almost the exact same game.
Xbox 360 by far IMO. I won't buy the Xbox ONE....ONE....until the price lowers down to around $200-$300. I'm very disappointed with Microsoft and their eagerness for money.
Not getting the XB-ONE. 24 hour check-ins or games stop working, no 2nd hand games, mandatory installs, no backwards compatability and a focus on media (video, tv, etc) mean that the XB One isn't coming anywhere near my shopping lists. Will be sticking with the 360 and get a gaming PC for newer titles (I know PC has DRM too, but upgrading a PC won't stop all my old games from working - whereas switching to the new Xbox will mean my 200+ XBLA games are unplayable).
My Xbox 360 edition isn't going anywhere. Then I'll have a new version to play when I pick up my Xbox One. I'll also be getting Dead Rising 3, Destiny, Halo, Elder Scrolls Online, Titanfall, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Watch Dogs, Sunset Overdrive, Project Spark, Battlefield 4 (which has amazing multiplayer), Mirror's Edge 2, Star Wars Battlefront, Witcher 3, and Probably Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain.
I don't understand why people insist on spreading flase info. You CAN play used games on the Xbox One. Go to Gamestop or anywhere else and buy a used Xbox One game. Go home, put it in your console, and boom, you can play it.
Sure you can't lend games to someone more than once, but that doesn't bother me. I haven't let someone borrow a game in like, 10 years. So it doesn't bug me at all.

It is a damn good time to be a gamer.

you an play them but you have to purhase an activation code since each game comes with one that is one time use only.... personally i think any downside the xbox one has will be retconned later. the 24 hour check in. i have heard of that but not researched it. hopefully that will go too. i dont play everyday. there are weeks i dont even see my console. but remember all mirosoft has to do is patch the console... there are very few things that cant be changed later.

Nope.
When someone buys a game on the Xbox One game, it becomes linked to that persons profile/gamertag. When they sell that game Microsoft will wipe it from their console and when someone else buys it, it will become tied to their profile. So on and so forth. No extra fee, no code, no nothing. It is all handled in the Cloud.

From what Microsoft said, that's fine. When you get back on, it will perform the check and you'll be able to play your games.
I can't wait for the xbox one
Besides the $600 price is reasonable the console is like a decent computer with 8GB of RAM
and dont say you dont have the money for it because it dosn't come out till november so just pre order it now and throw 20 bucks a week down on it...
also it has over 500,000 servers so less lag bigger maps and more players for any multiplayer games
Also ill still have my xbox 360 so who cares last I checked my T.V. has 4 hdmi ports so I can easily switch back and fourth between them =/

It's only $500, not $600. Xbox Live will also have 300,000 servers, not 500,000.
Sticking with the 360 for the foreseeable future. $499 for a new console then add price of games on top of that is just not in the budget.
Lol,it wont be 500 dollars, when the 360 came out, it was very crappy and costed well at 800-1000 dollars, I would suspect thats what the xbox one will be like, so I'll be getting xbox one when it's cheaper, better, and has better games,
Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.

The Xbox One costs $499. The Xbox 360 didn't cost $800 - $1000. It was $399 for the core system and $499 for the regular Xbox 360.
Okay, lets calm down a bit. If you didn't notice, I put a space after my reply to the quoted post. This means I was done replying to him and I was replying to the main topic. If you look closely at the photo below (make sure you look really close) you can see the title says X-Box. (I even highlighted it for you just in case). Thanks

I have no interest in purchasing the Spybox One. At least not in this lifetime...
(As things stand now.)

I don't see how the mechanics could be the same as a PC, considering every PC is different and has different power.
OP: Please don't put a dash between X and Box, its called the Xbox not X-Box. Also, Xbox one for me... why not? It's going to be much much better!
Do you see a dash in the quoted post? No.
