I just got a look at it again with the sound... makes more sense now for sure. Originally, I was wondering how you got the sides to turn all to obsidian when I thought you had only used 1 source block of lava on each side. I tend to just do them one layer at a time making a dirt form and just pouring the water right out of the bucket onto the dirt blocks beside the lava ones.
