I need melon seeds for my farm, but can't seem to find any.
The seed is 7915190648825669710. I found one abandoned mineshaft but it had no melon seeds. I then started searching for another one, but I gave up. Can someone help me and find the coordinates please?
I have a server running 24/7 so can not look but... on our current seed the first 2 mine shafts had no melon seeds. Mineshafts tend to be on opposite sides on the map from what I have seen.
I'm not at my xbox right now so I can't check your seed. But I have a similar problem with one of mine. I have no melons on my world, so my only hope was to find them in a mineshaft. So I went searching and found one, which turned out to be a bunch of them stacked on top of each other and crisscrossing everywhere. After searching for hours, coming across about 15 chests, and 3 dungeons, I finally found 2 melon seeds. I got excited, went home and planted them... And then they died....... Immediately. :'(

I have one In my world and found Only 1 chest with only 3 bread and a apple
Toke me a hour to find that chest

When I can't find mellon seeds I am usually forces to do the tnt glitch. Most people know it but if you dont you get a piston and push the tnt into your face with it then you can see any place that has space underground like caves strongholds and mineshafts.
Heres a tip for anyone having trouble;
When you get to an end in the mineshaft dig 5 blocks forward. Also dig all the gravel you see, it almost always leads to another section.

Did find some melon seeds though, but I didn't take them.

Moral of the story: Save and back up your world before taking a gamble on something so scarce.
I'm doing a survival island seed and by, essentially, strip mining from one end of the map to the other, I found 4 ravines and an abandoned mineshaft with a mob spawner inside. I actually found a chest within 20 blocks or so down from the surface containing 2 diamonds. Also, I found lots of bread, as well as punkin and melon seeds.
