hey i was wondering if we get updated on the leaderboards when in a multiplayer online game? and also split- screen?

i was also wondering if the leaderboard score only goes to 65535 then how is one meant to pass another on it?

If you're playing with a gamertag that is Live enabled, your activity in any world where the leaderboards and achievements are active should be counted. I believe that if you play with online unchecked for a bit and then subsequently load that world online, the leaderboards get caught up with the offline activity.

A world that has been loaded in creative mode or in which the host privileges have been used becomes deactivated, so any activity in such a world would not count regardless of whether or not the person(s) playing in it has/have Live gamertag(s).

If a player is using a gamertag that is set up locally on your own Xbox and not Live enabled in any way, I don't believe their activity goes towards the leaderboards even if they are playing local splitscreen with a player who has a Live gamertag.

If a player is playing online as a Guest of a Live gamertag, I also believe that their activity does not count towards the leaderboards.

I believe the max is as you stated and I am aware that there have been issues with leaderboards being arbitrarily reset periodically.

For your information: Not to be a downer I like the idea of the leaderboards but there are issues. If you observe the top of the leaderboard you will see 65,000 kills of spider jockeys etc. they have been compromised. I have been reset 5 times since I started playing a week after the xbox version came out. A couple of times was a legitimate reset (in my opinion) someone was using duplication glitches extensively on my map. But the other times I have no idea why. Good Fortune.

ok also do you need to save the game for it to upload ?
