Going to kill the ender dragon tomorrow on my server so I am finalizing what I'm going to take. Decided I wasn't satisfied with my bow so spent 30xp(edit: levels) on a new one and got Power IV, Flame I, Infinity I and Punch I. That has got to be the best single weapon enchantment I have ever gotten. Anyone else getting stuff like this regularly cause this is rare for me.
My very first enchantment (or my second - I forget exactly) was a fourfer - Sharpenss, Knockback, Looting and Fire Aspect. For awhile I went around believing that 30 Levels of XP would essentially guarantee the best sort of multiple enchantments almost every time... It didn't take too much longer for me to realize that such good enchantments are, indeed, quite rare. Thankfully, at least when enchanting first came out, animals were very abundant and XP was easy to get... but I still have a chestful of enchanted "junk" in that world that proves just how rare the good stuff can be.
I have 4 on my diamond sword- forget what each is at the moment. Have 3 on a diamond pick. Did a couple smaller enchants on my iron picks that I'm using to dig out a slime farm(hopefully). Hope to save some time on those(and I needed to use the xp on something).
And silverfish. Which, to my surprise, take multiple hits from a stock diamond sword on hard.
Never knew that one. Thanks for the tip. I usually try to coerce the silverfish to chase me over some nearby lava or lava I pour myself (first equipping myself with Fire Resistance, of course).
To get quad enchantments on all of your tools. Save the game before you enchant, and if you get an enchantment you don't like, exit without saving. Keep repeating until you get the desired enchantments. Just putting that out there.

Same can be applied for anything random in the game. Don't like that your fortune pickaxe didn't give you 4 diamonds? Well, if you saved your game just before mining them, then exited without saving until you got 4 diamonds... Spot a creeper and don't want to take a chance on losing the upcoming battle? Well, quickly save and then if he blows exit without saving... and then for good measure, you can re-enter in peaceful mode and he just disappears.
... and if all of this isn't cheating yourself out of what is fun about this game... I don't know what is. Why not just go into creative and stop pretending to play the survival aspect of the game?

He is just trying to give some advice, you play how you want and others will play their way. Nobody needs to hear negative things from a random person, we will not care either way. Have a good day.

I, on the other hand, am not trying to advise anyone how they "should" play. By all means, play how you want. What I did was ask an honest question because I truly don't understand the dichotomy in thinking around here. I'll reword the question a little so it is, perhaps, better understood -
Why is it considered fine by the way the game is developed to "re-roll" on enchantments and such as per the other examples I used. There is nothing built into the game to stop or even discourage any player from exiting without saving to avoid almost anything that could cause them to lose anything in the game (AND they can still keep their leaderboards and achievements in place). Conversely, why is taking a world into creative mode, even to just grab a bit of clay for an old world that never had any, not perfectly fine? Why is even just turning on the host privileges so that a host can keep tabs on other "survival" players not perfectly fine? (Since either one of these causes the world to forever forfeit the possibility of any player having their subsequent activity eligible for leaderboards and achievements regardless of whether or not they themselves have benefited in any way from the world ever having been used in creative mode). If the developers of the game were serious about the game being a "survival" experience, avoiding the various ways in which a player could conceivably "lose" in the game should not be so readily available, IMO. Perhaps an exit without saving should also deactivate leaderboards and achievements for that world.
In getting back to talking about quad enchantments, a website I found that has calculated the strategic odds for each type of enchantment indicates that their should be only an 8% chance of getting 4 enchantments on a single diamond pickaxe. The site also describes at what levels each type of enchantment has the best odds of being obtained and what the relative XP cost of enchanting a different levels is. People might find it interesting.
I've got a couple swords with 4 enchants but none were that great. I much prefer my sword with Sharpness IV, Looting III, and Knockback II. On the other hand, I've got a bow similar to yours except that it has Power III instead. My favorites have to be my pickaxes with Efficiency IV, Unbreaking III, and Fortune III though. I still haven't been able to get one with Silk Touch.
There are a few different calculators out there -- the one I use gives about a 5% chance of getting a 4 enchant item (which can only be done on swords and bows I think).

It's not cheating. It's taking advantage of the exclusive features MC360 has; which is exiting without saving.

Automatic loss.
The same could be said about going into creative mode. I've said it myself. However, I've seen lots of complaints that going into creative mode is cheating and, certainly, it carries a stigma with it because it deactivates the leaderboards and achievements. When it was fist coming into the game, a major concern about it was that it was being used to pad the leaderboards and that is a major reason why the deactivation was brought in.. Well, exiting without saving to get higher level enchantments more frequently can also be used to pad leaderboards as can reloading while mining with a fortune pick. If it's used to avoid losing something like a diamond pick with a hugh efficiency enchantment on it, then that sort of reload can also be padding the leaderboards. If it was worth deactivating worlds for going into creative mode (without even considering that some people just grab things like a few blocks of clay); then, shouldn't an exit without saving also deactivate the leaderboards? Conversely, equality could be restored if they allowed creative worlds to get reinstated... (but I'm sure that would cause a revolt).

Curse PremiumAnd nice enchants on the bow
Yea, my bad, 30 levels.
On a 24/7 server with saves every 30 minutes so what you get is it. So when I get something exceptionally good it is awesome.
Eww
Honestly can't remember what my best enchants were. I do love me some triple enchanted diamond picks though.
i also just got a triple with bane of arthropodsIV? which i have no clue what that does.
Bane of Arthropods deals increased damage to spiders and cave spiders.

1° pick: Unbreakable 3, Efficiency 4 and silk touch 1
2° pick: Unbreakable 3, Efficiency 4 and fortune 3
^ those picks are awesome!
the sword: Sharpness 4, Looting 3, Knockback 3 and Fire Aspect 2 (gotta love this sword
