I have a server that my friends like to play on, but to keep it on requires me to afk on the game, which means leaving minecraft open and my xbox on, is there a way for me to let my friends on with minecraft closed and my xbox off?
Yes, all you have to do is send a simple way for it to be implemented to the developers that complies with the restrictions set by the contract with Microsoft.
I was curious about on portforwarding.com there is a tab for Minecraft Xbox 360 edition server, I wonder what that is for.
Port Forwarding is just something you can do that makes playing with other people less restrictive. It's basically opening a door in your internet to allow things through more easily.
What you want is not possible right now. You cannot have a 24/7 server unless you leave your Xbox 360 and Minecraft running 24/7.
