Due to putting my nether portal underground i get spawned "Under" the freaking nether.
Know how hard it is to get from under the nether? Not like you need to get passed the pools and pools of lava or anything. Lets just say...you need a lot of luck with ender pearls >>
My Question for this thread - How can i change my portal spawn...
From what it looks like whatever i do such as Destory and relocate i get the same portal spawn >:\

I think if you have a portal in the nether already it will just go to the closest.
I'm not entirely sure though.

I had thoughts at first thinking what the feedback from the community might be.
I Simply took my chances and if i'm asked to change it i will.
But I don't see to much of a problem with it due to nothing erotic of the sort going on.

Once had a portal that was on the very edge of a cliff that dropped down to an ocean of lava. Friends kept falling in and we had to eventually build a wall to stop that massacre.

Xbox 360 Minecrafter. Will play Minecraft with anybody. Survival or Creative. Just don't steal my stuff.
If you send a FR on Xbox, send a message too so I know you're from here and not a random person.
I don't know the specific distance you need to move but i would guess about 100+/- blocks away from your first portal in the above world will give you a new portal in the nether.
Go to the nether, destroy the portal, climb up through the lava, make new portal at same xz cords of first portal.
Or reset the nether, make new portal in overworld above your existing portal, save before activating, enter to generate portal. If its above the lava and you like it, go back through and destroy the higher portal in the overworld. The lower will connect to the nether one.
Take the x,y coordinates of your overworld portal, divide them by three, then rebuild the portal in the nether on those coordinates anywhere on the y coordinate. They will then be truly linked portals.
