Why not try Monkeyfarms M.O.D. (Mobs On Demand) XP Farm? There's a full tutorial but on Pc, but it does work for my world on Xbox. Here's a link Have fun building it Also if you want a bonus mob grinder here's the Death Bowl made from Monkeyfarm aswell

Its speed actually beats most common-made spawners and keeps me entertained unlike those device where you just stand there all day....
Why not go and kill mobs at night? Its a lot more legit and you won't get as bored... maybe you will be in the top 100 on leaderboards one day (cough cough)

To do so in Normal you need an upward of 80,000 kills.
Getting my 100,000 took me a year; have fun.
