Yes, I think TU12 will have features. They're just fixing more bugs from TU9 in TU11, since TU10 was rushed out to fix game-breaking bugs and they didn't get them all.

Yeah they will, just the next update is going to be another bug fix to fix some key things they missed in the TU10 bug fix
