I don't know. Half of those things haven't even been mentioned by 4J so I wouldn't even count them as ever coming to the Xbox 360 Edition.
Jungles, Ocelots, and Iron Golems have been confirmed. However Nether Quartz and Horses have not eve been talked about. Horses aren't even an official part of the PC version yet, they're still only in snapshots.
In my opinion, I could care less when those things get here as long as they eventually do. Far too many people are concerned with the future and not the present. You get nothing out of rabidly waiting for more.
