All current title updates. I'm currently breeding Mooshrooms and sheep. However the Baby Mooshrooms aren't growing up into adult Mooshrooms. The Adult Mooshrooms that I do have area all ready to breed again with wheat but the babys are still there.
EDIT: I saved and exited the game then came back in and waited five minutes, all the calves are strangely adults now. I'm not sure how to recreate the glitch
they just take longer to grow up. especially compared to sheep. sheep babies grow up REALLY fast. you can normally breed the parents again before the baby grows up. just a note.
Ditto what SharpenedPata said. As well, I believe that growth ticks in the game are somewhat random. It seems to me than some individuals take a little longer than others of the same species... just like some trees grow really quickly and others take awhile.

Thats true also.
Baby animals grow into full sized animals after twenty minutes, which is one day in Minecraft (Except sheep - they can grow faster if they eat grass).
Perhaps. Well at least they did breed, I had to go halfway across the map 4 times to bring the Mooshrooms from Shroom island to my current house location so I have a good renewable food resource and easy access to red mushrooms. I have to extend the barn now, I've given up on exterior fences and just put all the animals into a barn, which they somehow clip through the doors a little way before slingshotting back.

That's very interesting. I wasn't away of that before. I need to get some chickens next for eggs.
