I try to load up my world and it says "Connection to the server has been lost. Returning to main menu."
The problem is that I'm an Xbox Live Free member and don't hzve multiplayer access so why on earth is it trying to connect me to a server? There is no escaping it, it seems, because I'm not a Gold member.

Is this a bug? And is there any solution?
Or am I screwed?
(This is a world I've had since May and over 100 hours put in to, so alot of work is going in the trash because of this..)

1. Silver LIVE players cannot load a previously save world.
Workaround: Disconnect from LIVE before attempting to load the world. To do this, disconnect the network cable from the back of the Xbox 360 console. It is a bug. It has been fixed, we're just waiting for Title Update 10 to release. In the mean time, you can still play your worlds by disconnecting your Xbox 360 from the internet.

It's a known bug with the new update. There was a little fix I heard but if that doesn't work for you then I think you're bucked until TU10 comes out.

I've been having the same problem! All you have to do is disconnect the internet (It will say "Disconnected from X-box live") load the world, and then connect to the internet again!
