I'm going to be doing a Survival Island game with ransoms but I have ran into an issue.

Lets say (you) want to join. I send (you) an invite, and despite that you still can't join because your NOT on my friends list.

Is there any way to allow people to join without having to add them to my friends list allowing them to join my world? Is there a way for me to simply invite somebody and allow them to join?

Or do you need to e friends with the person?

Just a quick post, but I believe there's an option that sets invitations to only friends [or it says something like friends of friends or such].

Yeah, not on 360 right now When you load up the map, make sure it's online and make sure it doesn't say only friends or such...

They have to either be your friends, or a friend of a friend. There's no way to just invite randoms.

I don't think there's an option like that.

There's "Allow friends of friends" but not "Only allow friends".

I wonder if the problem is in the Xbox's settings.

Unchecking Allow Friends of Friends makes it Friends Only.

Like Howarthee said, the only way to play with people is for them to either be on your friends list or be a friend of a friend on their friends list.
