Ever since the update me and my son cant load saved games. We even made a new one and now in the next day its not loading that one. It says "connection failed". On line isnt checked but whats going on?

It's a problem with silver accounts. I assume you are not GOLD live members.. This will get fixed soon according to 4j latest tweet... There is a workaround.. search on here and you'll find the solution. I believe you have to switch it to "wired" connection and make sure there is no cable attached.. something like that.. but! will be fixed soon.

I had this problem too. The solution is to disconnect your xbox from the internet. I am using wireless so I just told it to disconnect from my wireless network. If you are on a wired connection I believe you can just pull out the cable from the xbox. There are a lot of side effects - "My Pins" are no longer available (which is how I accessed Minecraft) so i have to hunt through "My Games" to find it. When you go to load a game it will prompt you to go online which you will have to decline.

It's been a bit of a pain - especially for my kids, but it's been working ok and hopefully the bug fix will be out soon.

The irony is that all of us Silver users will be disconnected from the internet so we won't get the bug fix when it comes out. We'll have to keep checking on here or on 4j's twitter to know when to reconnect.

The bug with silver accounts is a shame. (Microsoft is pushing a few silvers into gold, look at them while they don't rush to fix it)
