I love rain! Though I live in the desert though. Could rain generate at manmade structures? For example. My plot of land is about say 64x74. If I covered that whole place with grass will the rain generate there or is it still classified as a desert? Same goes for snow.
I am almost certain that it won't rain even if you change it to dirt. A biome stays as it is, smae goes with the PC version. Also, this is a stupid question, why do you like rain?

No it'll always snow in a snow biome, it'll never rain in the desert and it'll always rain everywhere else.
I did try to bring grass into a desert once. It was simply a bad, dead color of grass and didn't look very good.
You are so lucky that you live in a desert, the rain is so loud and annoying! Unfortunently, there is no possible way to make it rain in a sand biome. Sorry!

I might be able to change your mind with my autumn-like island which is a massive desert-to-forest project I completed....
Biome shifts from title updates... ._.
Stay fluffy~
