I wouldn't mind it so much, except on my one map, it seems that i get 1 day of sunshine, then 10 days of rain... it's damn annoying that the last time the biomes shifted (december update, i believe) my base got placed smack dab in the middle of an ocean biome... (i swear it seems as if the rain is more frequent on maps with large (40% or more) amounts of water.)
YES! I love the rain and snow as well. Breathes life into my worlds. Wish there were sandstorms in the deserts as well.
Imagine that... You being in your little safe house sipping hot cocoa while a sandstorm rages outside and you can't see any more than 2 blocks in front of you!
God no. I hate the Minecraft rain. It's just so loud and ehhhh and seems to always come about when I'm working on something.
Though I do love rain in real life I hate it in Minecraft.
But I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove the snow. When it's raining I just retreat to my cottage in the snow forest and sit there and watch it snow. It's so peaceful
