What I don't understand though is why they'd release the trailer of the next update and then post "No news to report on TU9 Cert test yet. We will tell you when we have news, no need to keep asking! "
To get people PUMPED to get them EXCITED. Be like "Hellz ya home slice I CANNOT wait for TU9!!!" And then they make you wait... and wait... and wait... Why? Because that's how all developers get their energy. They feed off of your anticipation for the game ;3

It might be TU10 or 11 or 12, etc, etc.
